goals of the GM Homes' Service Department are to make your
house the place you want to come home to at the end of the
day. GM Homes prides itself in building a great home and the
Service Department is there to take care of the service needs
of our customers."
If you have an emergency service request regarding your heating,
air conditioning, plumbing, electrical or mechanical systems,
please contact the appropriate subcontractor listed in your
home owner's manual.
At 11 months from the date of your closing, please submit
the 11 Month Warranty Service Request Form (located in your
home owner's manual) and send to GM Homes. Once the list is
received the service department will review it. A letter of
confirmation will be sent to you with a copy of your list.
It will be noted on your list, which items are warranted and
will be repaired.
