Each GM Homes development is Association maintained and managed. The Association takes care of lawn care, snow removal and exterior maintenance of the homes. Some Associations are responsible for trash removal.
Once a development is 80% occupied, the homeowners will elect their Board of Directors. At that time, they can elect to continue using the current management company, or choose their own.

As a new homeowner, remember to contact the utility companies (such as electric, gas and water) to have the billing switched over to your name.
